Manuel Anós is a composer and sound designer based in Madrid, with over 15 years of experience in electronic music production and a strong foundation in classical training. He graduated in Sound in 2009 and studied eight years at the Joaquín Rodrigo Music School in Madrid, where he developed a rigorous musical education, earning distinction and top marks in harmony and piano. In 2024, he completed a Master’s degree at the Complutense University in Composition for Film Scoring, receiving the highest distinction for his final project Metropolis—a bold reimagining of Fritz Lang’s 1927 film.

His work has been featured in campaigns for international brands such as Loewe, Mango, and Polène, among others, as well as in award-winning documentaries like Huir con lo puesto, recipient of two national Sol Awards. He also runs two record labels, Cumbre y Tono and Non Series, with Non Series established as one of the most influential electronic record labels of the past decade.

Under his internationally recognized alias Psyk, he has performed in over 40 countries and has taught modular synthesis in international masterclasses and programs, sharing his expertise across diverse creative contexts.

Currently focused on composing for film, fashion, and documentary, Manuel merges electronic innovation with traditional scoring techniques to create immersive and emotionally resonant soundscapes. In an age increasingly shaped by artificial intelligence, he remains committed to a human, sensitive, and artisanal approach to music-making—embracing modern tools while preserving the expressive depth of a more traditional creative process.
